Paintball can sting slightly when a ball hits you, but it’s more of a quick pinch than real pain and most players barely notice once the game starts.

- Similar to a rubber band snap or being flicked
- Less painful than expected when wearing proper clothing
- Most first-timers say, “That wasn’t bad at all!”

- Long sleeves, baggy pants, and layers like hoodies or sweatshirts can help cushion any hits
- Try to keep bare skin to a minimum
- Wear your gear properly and follow all referee instructions during play.
- Try low-impact paintball (available in private group bookings)
